Time to Change (Virtual Festival 2021)
Dance helped me in my recovery when I was in a psychiatric hospital recovering from severe depression. It made me remember who I am and find my lost confidence.
Time to Change is a growing social movement working to change the way we all think and act about mental health problems. I am a champion with Time to Change and this year on Time to Talk Day I shared some Bollywood dance as a way of encouraging people to talk about mental health.
